Release Management
- Work with PMO or RM to ensure realistic tracking of Dev and Quality LoE, schedule planning and timely completion of tasks and release delivery
- Instrument the Release Process with Approvals and Checklists to facilitate smoother delivery and allow quantitative measurement of Release types and frequencies
- Facilitate post-mortems with RM post major releases as feedback mechanism for on continuous dev process improvements.
- Support for SAFe adopted releases
